Terms and Conditions
- Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. To ensure the efficient processing of cancellations, subscribers are required to submit their cancellation request on or before the 7 days before the billing date.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon receipt of a cancellation request, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation will become effective at the start of the subsequent billing cycle following the receipt of the cancellation notice.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel a subscription, subscribers must follow the prescribed cancellation procedure available in the account settings of the DoD platform or as directed by DoD customer service. Confirmation of cancellation, including the date the service is scheduled to end, will be provided to the subscriber via the subscriber’s registered email address.
- No Prorated Refunds: No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service, nor will refunds be provided for any unused days within the current billing cycle.

8. Non-Rollover of Credits
- Any service credits or promotional credits received during a billing period must be utilized within the same billing cycle. Unused credits will not be carried over to subsequent billing cycles. Subscribers are encouraged to monitor their credit usage to ensure full utilization of all credits within the applicable billing period. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
- Using DoD is subject to the jurisdiction of Indian law, with exclusive legal proceedings to be brought in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India only.
6. Currency and Exchange Rate
- Payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or United States dollars only. In the case of international transactions in other currencies, the exchange rate is subject to revision as per prevailing market conditions with advance notice to subscribers.
5. Payment Details
- Subscription payments must be paid in advance at the stipulated fee for the selected subscription tier (e.g., DoD Lite, Advance DoD), payable via the payment methods offered by Humanli. Ai(Nag & Nag Consultants Pvt Ltd).
4. Payment Cycle
- Subscription fees are billed in advance every month, starting on the date of subscription activation, and will auto-renew until cancelled by the user or terminated by Humanli. Ai(Nag & Nag Consultants Pvt Ltd).
3. Upgrading Subscription
- Subscribers may upgrade their subscription plan at any point of time.
2. Account Transfer
- DoD accounts are personal to the subscriber and are non-transferable. Unauthorized transfer or sharing of accounts is a violation of these terms.

- All payments, both monthly and annual, are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically provided herein.

10. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes subject to these terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
9. User Obligations:
Users must comply with all applicable laws while using the service. Unauthorized use may result in termination of the service and other legal consequences.
8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except as otherwise provided within these terms, or when the law requires a different process.
7. Confidentiality:
Both Humanli. Ai(Nag & Nag Consultants Pvt Ltd) and users agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Humanli. Ai(Nag & Nag Consultants Pvt Ltd) liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, with liability limited to direct damages and capped at the total fees paid by the user for the service during the six months preceding the claim.
5. Indemnification:
Users agree to indemnify Humanli. Ai(Nag & Nag Consultants Pvt Ltd) against any claims arising from the misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement on the rights of third parties. Users are responsible for legal costs related to indemnification.
4. Modification of Terms:
Humanli. Ai(Nag & Nag Consultants Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Prior notice will be provided to users regarding any significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
3. Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government orders).
2. Termination Conditions:
Subscription termination can occur under circumstances including, but not limited to, violations of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the service. Notice of account termination will be provided in accordance with these terms and subject to due process.

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the proper use of the Data on Demand (DoD) services to ensure a secure and reliable experience for all users. By subscribing to and using DoD, you agree to comply with this policy and to refrain from:
- Engaging in illegal activities or using the services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the DoD services, including any attempt to probe, scan, or test the service’s vulnerability.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, including uploading, downloading, or sharing content without proper authorization.
- Conducting any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services provided by DoD, including overloading or imposing an unreasonable load on the service infrastructure.
- Using the services to transmit harmful or malicious code, such as viruses, worms, or Trojan horses.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription and potential legal action.
Acceptable Use Policy
Subscribers retain ownership of any data or content uploaded to the DoD service. However, by uploading content, you grant DoD a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the services to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
Data on Demand (DoD) and its related content, including software, text, images, and graphics, are the property of Humanli. Ai(Nag & Nag Consultants Pvt Ltd) is protected by intellectual property laws. By using DoD’s services, you acknowledge that these materials are owned by Humanli. Ai(Nag & Nag Consultants Pvt Ltd) and agree to respect Humanli.Ai(Nag & Nag Consultants Pvt Ltd) intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property Rights
Humanli.Ai is committed to providing a high level of service performance and availability as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our SLA includes:
- Service uptime commitment
- Guidelines on maintenance windows and notice periods for scheduled downtime.
- Description of support services, response times, and channel availability.
- Compensation or remediation measures for service-level failures, as agreed upon in the SLA.
In the event of a service-level failure, subscribers may be eligible for service credits, extensions, or other compensations as detailed in the SLA. Full details of the SLA can be found on our website or by contacting customer support.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
DoD’s(Humanli. Ai(Nag & Nag Consultants Pvt Ltd)) Data Retention and Deletion Policy sets forth the terms regarding the retention and deletion of user data within the DoD services:
- User data will be retained as long as needed to provide services to the subscriber or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Users can delete specific data within their accounts. Upon request, DoD will assist in deleting or exporting user data as specified by the user.
- Upon cancellation or termination of a subscription, user data will be deleted from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, according to legal requirements and our backup policies.
DoD implements measures to ensure that user data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to data protection and privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on data handling practices.
